Hello!
I am hoping you can help me please. I have recently purchased a new dedicated server with 1and1, and I'm trying to transfer my Plesk data from my old server (also with 1and1, but Plesk 8.2.1) to the new server.
The new server runs Plesk 9.0, and Cent OS.
I started by backing up my data from the old server with...:
Some of the output from that:
This created the "plesk.psa" file fine, which I transferred over to the new server.
I read that because the backup was done on Plesk8, and it's going onto Plesk9, that it needs to be converted.
Therefore, I ran this command (as found by Google):
which says:
Any idea why this is occurring?
I'm guessing that it's something to do with the key, as the pleskbackup command gave the error "Can't get server's private key"?
Thank you in advance!
