Issue Schedule tasks complete with an error

Hello
I'm running plesk on a windows 2019 server
I created a task to open a web page from outside the webserver (via http://..)

When I run from the schetule task panel inside plesk, I receive the following message:
AuthorizationManager check failed.
+ CategoryInfo : SecurityError: ) [], ParentContainsErrorRecordException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : UnauthorizedAccess

The tasks are performed normally during their assigned time although when I try to run manually they don't run and show the above message.

What happens when you run it directly inside win 2019 scheduler? does it work there?
