Hello@all,
we are using Plesk 7.5.2 with physical hosts on a root server.
When we configure scheduled backups for a domain, than the backupfile size is just about ~30kb big instead of 500MB !
So the daily backup failes.
/var/lib/psa/dumps/xxx-domain.com/backup_restore.err_log contains the following message:
ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: 'admin@localhost' (Using password: YES)
This looks like a MySQL privilege problem, but i don't know which user is used by psa or where exactly he get this error.
Can login into mysql manually and also over the webfrontent.
The command:
mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa
Also works fine.
Does anybody have an idea ???
Ps.: if i start the backup manually it works fine and creates a local backupfile.
Thank you all for helping
Alex
