Resolved Scheduled Tasks work Manually but not Automatically

I have created a few scheduled tasks in my time. Unfortunately I have stumbled on a Problem with Plesk.

I have created a Cron Job to run every 2 minutes (*/2 * * * *) but unfortunately it does not automatically run. Obviously when I click Run Now it works.

Any Ideas how to resolve the above issue ?

Scheduling the CRON job under "Websites & Domains->Scheduled Tasks" no longer works after upgrading to Plesk 12. It works if done via Tools & Settings -> Tools & Resources -> Scheduled Tasks. Ensure the Tasks are scheduled as the Root User.
