Scheduler doesn't work but no errors...?

I've set up scheduler to run an ASP page via a VBS page. I've tested the ASP page in a browser & it works (it sends me an email).

After tinkering a little due to an incorrect path I thought I'd got it working but the ASP page doesn't run - I receive no emails from the ASP page.

Is there something else I need to do? I haven't used a VBS page before, do I need to 'compile' it or something?
