Why does the scheduler not have an options for minutes only on the hour? Is there a way around this?

What is the reason for schedule tasks minutes detalization? Do you want to
1) balance server CPU and memory load or
2) start task periodically several times per an hour?

It was to run a script several times per hour, but support has given me the answer to the question. Thank you

So what was the answer to this ?? I need to run a script more often than every 60 minutes ....
