second ftp user

I'd like to have a second ftp user for an account, with limited access to one directory.

Is this possible?

No, unless you want to compromise that domain security.

Or just add a web user and change the homedirectory for the webuser to the httpdocs dir he needs to be able to upload to. You can change a users home directory in the password file, in /etc/passwd. If you're not comfortable doing this, I'd be careful as you risk doing really bad things to your server if you screw this file up.
