I searched the forums for this issue and haven't seen anything quite like it. Hopefully I'm not repeating a past question.
I have a domain that wants to use Squirrelmail. I'm not wanting to replace Horde, just add Squirrelmail. I've installed it on other non-Plesk servers without a problem, but I can't get it to work here. I'm guessing there is some strict permissions with Plesk.
It's suggested to set the data directory outside of the DocumentRoot directory, but for some reason the webserver can't find it. I'm placing the data directory in the root folder of the domain just above the httpdocs folder. I've set permissions on the folder, and even chmod 777 to the folder and subfolders to make sure, but when I try the config test, it says the directory does not exist.
I've even tried to create an alias in the httpd.include file, but when I bring up the configtest.php, it wants to download the file.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
Mike
