Issue Security Advisor error with SecureSiteStarter

Hi!

I found a new service Security Advisor and try it to one client.
The service found all my domains with let's encrypt and offer upgrade freely to symantec Secure Site Starter...

I select activate now, but have a error and I can't iget the certificate

Any idea?
