I am facing an issue in Plesk where emails sent from our domain are being rejected. Although the domain has already been whitelisted, the issue persists. The error message is: “Sender address rejected: Access denied (Error code: 554 5.7.1)”. Could you please suggest any solution to resolve this?

That alone isn't enough information to help you. Is it happening on all emails being sent out? Only specific domains? If all outgoing emails, did you confirm with your host provider that port 25 is open? If only specific domains, is it publicily available domains such as gmail, hotmail/live.com? If so, you tried going through their process of getting your IP removed from the block list? If it's other business domains, have you reached out to them to see if your domains is whitelisted?

There is MANY possible reasons for access denied but we need more specifics to know which will be the best course to help direct you to resolve it.

The issue was related to a specific domain. After investigation, we found that the domain was blocked. After removing the domain from the blacklist, the issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your response.
