Sending a email to ALL users

im updating my mailserver and would like to let every email account know when I am doing this.

Does anyone know how i can do this, and/or a script that would do it automatically?

I want this feature too, but now Plesk does not have this feature. SWsoft promise add it in Plesk 8.
