• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Andy Parry

New Pleskian
Hello All,
Having trouble accessing mail account. Been working fine up to a month ago, but suddenly stopped with no intervention from me, seems as if the mail server settings have been changed.
Tried all the tutorials, different mail browsers, and webmail. Pinged mail server which showed it was working and I was using the right setting. Mail Service is 'on', even set forwarding to another working email address to see if could receive incoming mail. Nothing works.
Contacted Plesk, who told me to contact RapidSwitch Ltd in UK. RapidSwitch told me that they do not deal with the mail server and to go away.

Can anyone help or suggest what I could do to get my mail working again?

Regards
