Seperate FTP Accounts (Wheres it at?)

I've been reading everywhere that Plesk 9 will have the ability to create seperate ftp account for a single domain. I have plesk 9 on my server and I've found the documentation for the API but no actual support to create new ftps for the same domain.

Any light on this would be greatly appreciated.

Ability to create additional FTP account is described in documentation also:

I could not find such option on my Plesk 9.0 installation as well.
It seems it was not implemented yet. Hope, we will get a knowledge base explaining this situation soon.
