Serious Plesk Problem

Hi all,
I am new to plesk and getting an error which I couldnt solve even by contacting with ev1.I am not complaning ev1, it is not their problem at all. When I go into a domain on plesk I get this error.

Do you think it is a good idea to reconfigure plesk or reinstall it ?? Please help this newbie, I will give 2 mb free host
