  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

server admin permissions in client control panels

iHuman

Basic Pleskian
How can I set the server admin permission to be able to view ALL components of the client control panel?

Currently, when logged in as server admin, it varies what I can access in the various client control panels.

thanks for your assistance.

No one has any ideas as to how to enable permissions for Plesk Admin to have permissions to all client tools when in the client's Control Panel?

Does everyone else SEE all of the client tools when viewing their client's control panel? If so, can I borrow your permissions table from your database so I can fix the issue I am having?

thanks,
elaine
