Make sure that your httpdocs folder has permissions 0750 and that it is owned by <your subscription user>:psaserv.

Have you also checked the permissions and ownership of your .htaccess file? It should be at least 0644 and <your subsription user>:psacln.

Yes, of course I checked it out. Everything is fine.

1 Most likely the problem is here. I can't open it through the interface. And it turns out the system too. Tell me how to fix it?

Can you read the file on the console, like
# cat /var/www/vhosts/<your subscription domain>/httpdocs/config.ini
?
What permissions and ownership does it have?

This means that the file is good. It's just the online file viewer who doesn't like the ".ini" ending I guess.

After entering the command, the file opened in the console.
Hi.

"Unsupported file format" most possibly means that file doesn't recognized as test file. Could you please show the output of next command:
# file /var/www/vhosts/<your subscription domain>/httpdocs/config.ini
For usual ini file, there should be something like "myfile.ini: ASCII text". If you see something else (not text) - may be your file contains some strange symbols or something like that. In that case, you can try to cope visible content of file using cat and past it to new file using Plesk File Manager. And then just rename old file to config_bak.ini, and new file to config.ini

I did as I was told, nothing helped. We also do not read the file. Uploaded the file to the hosting is readable.

The file appears corrupted, it is not detected as a text file, possibly due to the encoding

Try to make a backup of file
delete the file
create the file from plesk, then copy the content from plesk file manager

Or

Open Your file config.ini

Search for [SETTINGS]

And remove last character \015 > Difference between \015 & \012 and \r & \n

You can also try solve this issue with iconv

Can you tell me how to make a copy of the entire customization server, along with sites and and databases?
