• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

server error 500

Got a problem with the VPS, can anyone help?

The server has been showing error '500' and doesn't always connect to the hosted sites properly.

I checked the system resource logs and it shows yellow or red alerts for:

- vprvmem
and
- numproc

I'm not sure but it looks like the server is running out of memory/processing power, but I don't know why, it's only got 338MB RAM but it only hosts 10 sites none of which get heavy traffic.

I checked the paging file size and though the system recommends 558MB, the 'actual' number is set at 8000MB!, that sounds like there is a problem somewhere.

Help!! Any ideas??
