• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Server filling up with files...

I'm having problems with my server setup generating extra files that shut down Plesk.

I've gotten used to files being created in /var/lib/psa/dumps and having to clean those up on a semi-regular basis. But suddenly I have had a large number of big files show up in the / (root) and /tmp folders. This usually results in my plesk shell shutting down.

Now, files are being created somewhere ELSE on the server and I have no idea where to start looking for them to remove them and get things back to normal.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

Are you sure that server is not compromised at least? Try to check it with chkrootkit or rkhunter.
