Server Health stop working

What do you mean exactly "stop working"? Any errors, logs, steps to reproduce and other necessary details?

OS Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1
Panel version 11.0.9 Update #44, last updated at April 1, 2013 02:30 AM

mine was never working right and yes I have removed that program called Parallels System Health Monitor 11.0.9 then reinstalled it. It did fix few things but not everything in Plesk Control Panel. The problem right now is that it is not showing results in services section but it is showing results in all other section as it should be and I do not know where the errors are for services section?
