Hello all

i am useing plesk windows 7.5.3

i have installed the Full Verion now i have 2 Domains on the server and there online when i Put files in the cgi-bin and go to change the cgi-bin permissions to 755 its saying to me that this server does not support changeing file Permissions also when i go to like http://nswhost.net.au/onlinebilling/cgi-bin/install.cgi its saying to me Bad gateway can some one help me thanks
