  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Server plesk down after a 500 error

totemlagence

New Pleskian
Hello everyone,

Yesterday I had a problem, I explain, I modified a page with Divi on WordPress, then I had an error 500 which is unusual.

Then, all the other sites, including the one I was working on, hosted on an OVH server, via Plesk, crashed. Two weeks ago we had problems with OVH because we migrated.

I had to delete the page that had caused the problem, and then the problem went away. I don't know why. I even reinstalled WP.

This morning, it happens again, while modifying another page, and even worse the Plesk admin dashboard crashes, no way to do anything, not even to access the FTP.

Was the server still "alive"? Did it respond to ping? Did you see errors in the servers's console (net console?)? Maybe a kernel panic?
