• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Server Replication

Is there a way to have 2 Windows servers running Plesk 7.5 and have them replicate eachother? If so, can you have Plesk 7.0 on one server and 7.5 on the other? I want a redundant system...if one server crashes everything stays online by the other. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

You can centralize server management with Plesk Expand. Clustering/load balancing/redundancy isn't built into PSA yet. It can be done with the linux version, but takes alot of custom work. The only way I know of to get Windows servers to mirror/load blance each other is with an expensive ServerIron load balancer. Or with two other servers for round-robining.. Otherwise you have to decentralize PSA.
