Question Server Scan results help

Hi, Not sure this is the right place. please move if needed. thanks.


So the watchdog application says I need to check the machine but I am not sure what I need to check. At the end, it says there is 1 suspect file. How do I know which one it is talking about? I can see a couple of warnings in the scan but I don't see what file it is talking about. Any help appreciated. Thanks
