Resolved Server unreachable (Cent OS 7)

Hi Guys,

Since yesterday my server (virtual server cloud M) is unreachable at IONOS network, but I can log in trough kvm console and as I could see everything is working fine.


I have asked IONOS support but as I could see they do not know how to fix it.

I have searched here and there.. and all thing that I have tried did not work.

I have other 2 servers exactly as this one working fine. I can not understand what cause this problem.

Any help is appreciated.

first of all please check the firewall settings.
is your server boot normally or in safe mode?

additionally, please check that all interfaces that should be are present in the system
plesk bin ipmanage --list

just to inform it was an issue in IONOS network and it was fixed only after 5 long days.
