  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Service provider view by default for reseller account

Deepak M

Basic Pleskian
in Plesk 12.5 when reseller account get created that time "Power User view" is selected by default.

reseller do not get options to create plans and create subscriber.

yes there is option to change view but How to set view as "Service provider view" by default. So when reseller account is created he will get "Service provider view" by default

I can't reproduce this behaviour on my test Plesk 12.5 servers. I create new reseller and when I login as reseller I see "Service provider view".
I'd suggest you contact Plesk Support Team for investigation this issue.
