service "server" not running. lanmanserver

Friends,
On my server Windows 2003 sp2 (DELL PE 2850), the service (server) lanmanserver is stop, to excecute start view this error:

Could not start the server on local computer.
Error 5: access is denied

Service run as user: Local System.

The service (server) after several minutes stop responding, we restaterd the server but the problem persists

In the server running Plesk 8.4 for Ms Windows.

the problem may be in antivirus. Also please make sure that dependent services are started.
