Service Unavailable

I just installed the Plesk 7.5.6 and i reboot my server
then I access to the Plesk Control Panel. Howerer the IE just displayed an error msg "Service Unavailable".

I checked the Plesk Monitor. I found that the Plesk Control Panel is stopped and I cannot start it (Nothing happened when I selected PleskControlPanel and then click "Start")

Is there anyone can help me to slove this problem?
