session.save_path: Automatically generated path for every vhost

Hello,
I’m trying to set the session.save_path for each domain when using FastCGI. In the tab for PHP-Configuration in the Plesk Panel there is a variable {DOCROOT} in open_basedir. Is there such a variable for the Domain name that I can use for session.save_path ?

Something like that?
/var/www/vhosts/{DOMAIN}/private/php_sess

Is there a list of such variables availabe?
