Setting up a VPN connection

I don't know what to fill in by 'Local peer address' and 'Remote peer address'.

I've five clients who need to set-up a VPN connection. I can't find anywhere how to set-up users.

Can someone help me?

Anyone any ideas? Or solutions to setup a VPN connection?

I'm searching for a solution as build in in Windows Server 2003 SBS. So that I can add users.
