Setting up email in Plesk ?

My 2nd question is how I set up email in Plesk as a Pop3 and to be accessed by Outlook.

Again I have set up 2 email addresses on my domain www.jigsaw-property.co.uk for myself and my wife. I go into accounts in Outlook and the servers are set to mail.jigsaw-proprty.co.uk - do I need to do anything else in PLesk.

I was trying to find the Configure Email area but it dod not seem to be there - do you only see that from a client's account and not an administrator level ?

Again anyone's advice would be greatly appreciated. I am a beginner to all this and learning as I go.
