Setting up mySQL server

Good Morning,

I have read that Plesk automatically installs an SQL server, and in windows serivices that is visible. However, i have no clue how to acces it. It said, pleak would automatically recognize it, however mine doesnt seem to do that...

In short, could someone please give me a somewhat detailed instruction on how to set this up?
