Setup another domain for sub-domain

I have a hosting for, lets say ABCD.com
I created a sub-domain on it, sub.ABCD.com

Now I have another domain say, XYZ.com
what I want is, when someone opens XYZ.com it opens from sub.ABCD.com

What I did is, on XYZ.com domain I created a CNAME www.XYZ.com and pointed it to sub.ABCD.com
but when I open www.XYZ.com instead of opening the page which I have on sub.ABCD.com it opens the Plesk Parallel Page.

What is the solution to it?
