Several Plesk failures after installation

Plesk Panel, 10.3.1, OS: Windows 2008 R2, x64

Plesk version installed with out Health Monitor: reason: Multiple crashes

After reinstall the server and install the plesk 10.3.1 with out issues the Windows log report several failures in the plesk control panel kernel operations.

Error:
A process serving application pool 'plesk(default)(2.0)(pool)' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '2436'. The data field contains the error number.

Please anyone have idea how to fix this?

Do you have all Windows updates installed on server? Is this Virtuozzo environment or this is clean hardware server without any virtualizations enabled?
