Issue SFTP Issues in Lightsail when connected

Plesk Obsidian Web Admin Se Edition 18.0.59 Update #2
I can access the SFTP side through winscp as the lightsail ubuntu user but it denies me access to upload files in to the vhost domain folder for our website due to an access issue, is this because the SFTP requires FQDN to connect and then use the FTP credentials defined in the domain added in to Plesk ?
