Issue sftp transfer slow Centos 8 + Plesk Obsidian

Hi,

I have a problem after installing CentOS 8 + Plesk Obsidian with SFTP transfer

With CentOS 7 + Plesk Obsidian the upload speed it's around 50MB/s


When installing CentOS 8 on the server without configuring plesk, the speed is correct, once plesk is configured for the first time, the speed drops to 1.5-3MB/s


I don't have a firewall installed

The hardware is: Intel Xeon-D 2141I - RAM 32GB - 2x SSD NVMe

Any ideas?

UPDATE: With debian 10 it works fine
