• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

in plesk 8.xx, you can setup share SSL using subdomain after setup a sub domain as a domain hosting. However, it looks like you can not do that any more in plesk 9, I am wondering how to you setup using share SSL using subdomain?

for example

mydomain.com ( default domain )
secure.mydomain.com ( assign share SSL to this sub domain )

I setup a new domain for the sub domain, but it is not showing as one of the domain selection within share SSL....any work around?

I guess I figure a work around way.

1. add (A) record for secure within dns
2. go to share ssl setting, and setup mydomain.com as the share ssl
3. go to IIS and add, map secure.mydomain.com to the domain mydomain.com
