Shared SSL

I can't seem to get shared SSL to work.
All the help says to do is go to shared SSL, and put a check mark in the box and pick the master domain and click ok..

well I can't put a check mark there, it is greyed out.

I've checked the services running on this Windows Server and the SSL Wrapper service is not running, (no idea if this is needed) when i try and start it, i get this error " Error: Could not complete the operation: defpackagemng failed: The system cannot find the path specified. (Error code 3) at StartService 'stunnel' "

GoDaddy!'s support won't help me

It means you should install SSL certificate on at least one domain that can be as a master SSL domain.
