We are using Parallels Plesk Panel 9.5.4 on a server Linux 2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.
Problem: after the end of the backup procedure domain remains blocked. This occurred as a result of the following: before the problem on the server hard disk space was full, and the backup procedure failed to execute correctly on time. After the administrative intervention and release the required disk space, started the delayed task - backup the entire server ("settings and data of the server" - incl. "Domains will not be available during the backup server" - incl.). Since it is impossible to back up during the day, when all sites must be accessible, it was decided to stop the backup procedure. Opportunity to cancel the task of Parallels Plesk Panel no - when you try to open the current state of the backup job (click the current backup task named "Weekly full"), an error occurs. As a result, had to force the completion of processes associated with the backup by kill <pid>. After that the backup has stopped - in a state of the current backup jobs no active tasks. However, the domain (for example «example.ru»), the backup is performed at the moment, remained blocked. Unlock this domain is not availible - get the answer "Suspend domains until backup task is completed". Unlock it did not help either reboot the server, or wait for the backup "full Weekly" completed, which started again after a reboot. The domain «example.ru» (and only that) after the procedure, "Weekly full" remains locked. To unlock it has to do the following:
1. In database MySQL «psa» table «domains» domain «example.ru» - in the "status" column change the value to "0" (found in "4").
2. Parallels Plesk Panel - block domain «example.ru».
3. Parallels Plesk Panel - unlock domain «example.ru».
After that, the domain becomes operational. However, after doing backups at night the next morning, the domain «example.ru» again blocked, although the backup (this time the individual domains) were successful. Again we have to resort to the above procedure.
Questions:
1. How to fix the above situation?
2. Procedures for backing up individual domains can be stopped using Plesk Panel, but the backup procedure of the server ("settings and data of the server" - incl. "Domains will not be available during the backup server" - incl.) can not be stopped using Plesk Panel . How to correctly interrupting the backup of the server?
