Show passwords in Control Panel

Is there any way to show passwords instead of ***** in Control Panel.

I understand that it can be insecure but I want it.

I saw some tools that query MySQL database to obtain passwords but I'd like to see passwords in Control Panel. May be I can change something in templates or scripts?
