Show this page in site map

In the Editor you have the option to "Show this page in site map" OR NOT.
This is a great feature. However, there are a few things about it that are not working as expected.

When the page is selected, the link shows up in the navigation. This page should be hidden except by a link in a page that leads you to this hidden page.

Another thing is that if the hidden page is part of the main "topmenu", you can use the Custom Links field to link the page, however, if no other changes where made to the page, clicking to another page will not invoke the save dialog.

And then the other thing is that if the hidden page is part of the "submenu", the Custom Link field does not attach a link to the selected text. I needed to go to the link button and then save the page to make it stick.

Why it should be hidden? Actually we made special modifications to show hidden page in the menu. So this page is hidden until user followis some link and then position in menu is additional information, that could be usefull.

Thanks a lot, we will check that.
