Since I upgraded to 9.5.2 from 9.5.1

Since I upgraded to 9.5.2 from 9.5.1 inetinfo.exe always go to almost 100% whenever web hosting settings is accessed after clicking ok even trying to access to sub domains it doesn't work.

I get emails about web update.. unable to connect to pipe

operating system is windows 2008 standard x64

please tell me a fix for those issues because I'm getting tired checking my server seeing inetinfo.exe stuck at 100% cpu usage and having to kill the process everyday.
