Single user with Procmail, IMAP, Webmail?

I would like to configure my Strato V-Server currently running openSUSE Linux 10.1 and Plesk 8.1.1 as follows:
  1. There is a single non-root user with ssh-access,
  2. who receives all emails sent to all domains that are directed to the server.
  3. Procmail is used to sort and deliver these emails into the user's mail directories.
  4. Emails can be accessed using IMAP.
  5. Emails can be accessed using Webmail.
  6. The user owns and creates all Web-content on that server.
[/list=1] I have achieved 1.-3. by manually tweaking qmail, in particular, I removed the config files created by Plesk right at the beginning. I am not sure I want to follow the same laborious procedure for the rest. Is there a simpler way to achieve the same (or similar) goals using Plesk?

I am a bit overwhelmed by the vast amount of Plesk's features, most of which I don't need, so any advice is greatly appreciated.
