Site Application Error

I want to install some site application and I am logged in as admin ofcourse. but when I click on site applications I get this error.
0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\server\site_app_pk
gs.php:3 psaerror(string "Permission denied.")

Seems there are some permissions issues at the server. Check access security on folder
C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\server\site_app_pk
I think there should wite+read permissions for user psaadm and group psaserv. And only read for psacln group. You can repair default persmissions on Plesk folder using Plesk reconfigurator as well.
