Hello,

I am having a problem with website changes not appearing. For example I uploaded a new logo file and the old one is still appearing. This is only happening with actual files. I am using Joomla and changes done through the CMS are immediate.

The image at this link should look like the second. They are the same file with different filenames. However they do not look alike.

I presume that this is because of some caching at work, but I have turned caching off in Joomla and even if the on/off switch didn't work, I set the cache time to 5 sec.

I am unable to locate any cache settings within Plesk.

I have asked the Plesk support folks, but by the time they get around to responding, the problem has corrected itself.

Any help will be sincerely appreciated.
