Site completely white (back end and front end)

I have a problem with a joomla site.

it's on a dedicated server (CentOS 6.0 + Plesk )
Caratteristiche Server:
CPU: Opteron 6164 HE (24x 1.7GHz)
RAM: 16GB DDR3
HD: 2x 1.000 GB SATA II 7.200 rpm
Traffico Mensile: 5.000 GB

I have a problem with Parallel Panel (file manager, back up manager)
I make a upload about 1file (23kb) and then the file have 0kb.

why? what is the problem?...joomla?...server?....parallels???

What error are you getting in your site error logs file ?
