Site Disk Space Usage

Hi,

Ive added a few sites onto a Plesk 8.1 installation, and ive migrated a few sites from a Plesk 7.5 machine too. On both instances, I have checked the disk space limits, and the limit is correct but the disk space usage shows as 0B at all times, no matter how much space is used. I then went into Reports -> Full Report, and checked the Mail Names, and saw there was 1 mailbox with 2.33MB in use, but the total Mail Names disk use still shows as 0B, as does the Web usage... Also, Traffic stats are fine, just Disk Space usage. Using Ubuntu 6.06 x86_64/amd64 here.

Suggestions?

Nathan.

I had the the same problem.
Just run the statistics manually:
cd /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/
./statistics

good luck!

yep that seemed to have fixed it, thanks for that :) btw, is this something that should be on cron somewhere? should this have automatically been run already?

Theoretically speaking it should be there. You have to monitor it and see. I just fixed my problem today :)

yep looks like even though its on cron, its not running it on cron :s any ideas as to possibly why it wouldnt be?

Thanks.

I made a new cron job that runs at 0200 every day with the command above.

Couldn't find it in my cron job ANYWHERE. Might be some missing issue or something?

Anyways.. it works for me now.. I can see monthly bandwith statistics as well as hdd usage. kewl :)
