SIte use to work fine now gets plesk default page

Hi everyone,

I need your help on an issue that arised this morning.

lets say that domain.com is my main site on my plesk server. Everything was working fine late last night when I checked.

For some strange reason, this mornig I get the

This is the Pleskâ„¢ default page
If you see this page it means:

1) hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2) there's no such domain registered in Plesk


When I look into the httpdocs folder, everything is there. When I try to get a page directly, I receive page not found error.

All my other site on the same server works fine. The only difference, is that this site as its exclusive IP adress. All the other share the same one.

I checked in the plesk CP and everything looks fine.

I rebooted the server, I stop and restarted the apache server. Nothing seems to bring this little puppy back to life.

It does not seem to be a DNS issue since I get to my server.

It looks like plesk has lost some config that tells it that this site exists.

Furthermore, I'm able to reach my webmail and the plesk control panel on port:8443

Any ideas ?

I opened a ticket to godaddy my vs provider and withtout knowing why, it seems it fixed itself without intervention. Someone suggested some domain expiring but it made no sense since it was renewed two months before.

So no cue at all.

ok. but in my case, I forgot to make the domain name defult to this ip.

We have the same problem

Plesk 8.2.1 - Set the domain with the exclusive IP. Still goes to the plesk default page. Apache configs are wrong. Plesk fixed once before, but we dont knwo what they did and now it is happening again.
