SiteAppPackagemanager Error ... huh??

Hi All,

I am very confused ... i tried to install mambo on a site and get this .... and yet on another site its installs fine... any ideas?? Anyone??

SiteAppPackagemanager::installSiteAppExtract() failed: cSiteAppManager::sappmng_extract_application()
failed:proc_close() failed: Empty error message from utility.

Help!
