Sitebuilder 2.0 Configuration Problem

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to evaluate Plesk 8 but am unable to configure the sitebuilder 2 component of the installation. Whenever I navigate to http://sitebuilder.<domain> and enter the necessary login credentials I receive the error:

FAIL: I can not open a file install.log

I have confirmed that the user apache is executing the web server; so no permission changes were required to the directory /usr/local/sitebuilder/...

I have also tried creating the directory /usr/local/sitebuilder/logs and 'touching' the file install.log (a suggestion I found in another forum)

My OS configuration is as follows:

1. installed CentOS 4.3 i386 + latest patches
2. downloaded RHEL 4 package psa_installer_v3.0.1_build060406.10_os_RedHat_el4_i386 for Plesk 8 (CentOS version failed to install)
3. Modified /etc/redhat-release file to read "RedHat Enterprise Linux 4"
4. executed the RHEL 4 package downloaded in step 2 above to install Plesk 8 and all of its components (including sitebuilder)
5. successfully configured Plesk 8 by navigating to https://<domain>:8443
6. failed to configure the sitebuilder 2 component. After navigating to http://sitebuilder.<domain> and entering the necessary login credentials. The following error is received:

FAIL: I can not open a file install.log

======

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what my next step should be to resolve this problem?

I have the same problem with sitebuilder. Plesk 8.0.1 ....

Can any help us?

P.D.: REL4 / PHP 4.3.9 / MySQL 4.1.20
