Sitebuilder 5, Colorful Templates how Sitebuilder 4.5

Hi guys, i have a question, in webpresencebuilder i can see that templates are made to be created from scratch, however in 4.5 sitebuilder there are templates that are available for downloading and they are based on the profession or topic of the website. Do you have some templates so colorful and more complete for webpresencebuilder to either buy or download?
